It is with the aid of the majority of our chefs and many of our restaurants and entrepreneurs that make possible a city that is one of the most powerful gastronomic cities in Europe.

En Mateo&co, como agencia de marketing estrategico y comunicación, apasionados de la gastronomía, convivimos con chefs y gastroempresarios diariamente. In Mateo & Co, as an agency of strategic marketing and communication and passionate about gastronomy, we live side by side with chefs and food businesses on a daily basis. We help them in the creation of their projects, in the promotion of their channels of communication or in the creation of new gastronomic concepts and brands. We connect stomachs and minds, happiness and free time, the joy of a few tapas shared in a unique location with an esteemed chef and their supportive fans. We are always surrounded by foodies and people that appreciate good food and a glass of wine. Therefore, we could not conceive the idea that an open-minded city like Madrid was without a street food market.

Por ello nos lanzamos a la piscina y buscamos un espacio abierto en el alojar mensualmente foodtrucks, stalls, tenderetes, furgonetas, carritos y containers. Para participar solo buscamos: un proyecto ilusionante, un concepto que lo haga especial y calidad gastronomica. La fiesta esta servida, porque MadrEAT pretende ser un mercado abierto de comida en el que los chefs puedan testar nuevos conceptos gastronomicos, un laboratorio de pruebas, un espacio de apoyo a jóvenes cocineros y gastroempresarios.

Consequently, we took the plunge and pursued our search for the perfect open space in which we could accommodate, on a monthly basis, food trucks, market stalls, vans and food carts. In order to participate in the market, we looked solely for exciting projects with a unique and special concept and exceptional gastronomy. This celebration of exceptional gastronomy and fresh, exciting concepts is ready to be embraced as MadrEAT hopes to be an open-minded food market in which chefs can test new gastronomic concepts, a laboratory of new ideas and a space of support and guidance for upcoming young chefs and food businesses.
